CC-UPL-01.06 Integration modernisation Upgrading brittle API connections to MCP servers or more robust integration patterns
CC-UPL-01.07 Knowledge store setup Data ingestion into vector databases for contextual retrieval by agents
CC-UPL-01.08 Testing & validation Side-by-side comparison testing: existing system vs. uplifted system
CC-UPL-01.09 Cutover & deployment Migration from old to uplifted system, with rollback plan in place

Out of Scope

  • Rebuilding the underlying system architecture — if fundamentally unsuitable, I'll recommend CC-DEV-01 instead
  • Fixing pre-existing bugs or technical debt in your current systems
  • Ongoing maintenance after cutover (see CC-SUP-01)
  • Third-party SaaS subscription costs
  • Pre-existing system issues discovered during audit are documented but not in scope unless agreed via change order

Indicative Terms

These are skeleton terms provided for transparency. Final terms are agreed in the engagement contract.

Payment Structure

30% on audit start (M1), 30% on AI layers built (M3), 40% on cutover (M5). Milestone-based — you pay for results.

Rollback Guarantee

A rollback plan is required before cutover. You retain the ability to revert to the pre-uplift state for 30 days after cutover.

Warranty

30-day warranty for defects in uplifted components. Pre-existing system issues are explicitly excluded.

Confidentiality

All client data handled per the Confidentiality Policy. Full system access requires NDA.
