Information I Collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, meeting request, quote request, project spec or engagement request), I collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, company and billing details, and any project details you share. It is sent to me by email through this site's form handler, operated for Carrot Cake AI by DSR Holdings (Cloud), using Resend for delivery, and you receive an automatic confirmation email.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your project, and communicate with you about potential work together. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — delivery of form submissions and confirmation emails
• Cal.com — the booking calendar on the Book a Call page. If you book a slot, Cal.com receives the details you enter and sends the calendar invitation; my calendar availability is read from Google Calendar. Video calls run on Zoom.
• Google Fonts — typography (IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono)

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking scripts. No analytics services are currently in use.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing daniel@carrotcakeai.com.
